Sadly not, I ended up writing some logic in liquid to create Page Titles based on the {{ request.path }} object. So if it contains the app proxy prefix, then within that splitting the path by the / into an array. Then using some filters to replace dashes for spaces and capitalise bits. All a bit clunky.

Shopify support were some what sympathetic and said they would submit it as a feature suggestion etc.
